Below you will find all the forms required to register. Please save, print and fill out these forms prior to submission.

Registration Form - If choosing a Daytime Class please select a 1st and 2nd choice (just in case your 1st choice is full we will default to your 2nd choice)
Refund Policy
Please provide 2 weeks notice prior to the next months payment. Refunds will be calculated starting from the month after the request was made. For example if you request a refund in the middle of the month, that months payment will not be refunded, instead you will be refunded starting from the beginning of the following month.
